WiiSDA AS is recruitment and staffing company with over 12 years of experience as a supplier of technical personnel to the automotive industry. Our comprehensive recruitment process includes several interview rounds with reference and language checks for all candidates. We have a strong focus on welfare and facilitation for our employees – with the least possible administration and organization for you. We follow the joint union’s tariffs, laws and regulations.

History of WiiSDA

WiiSDA was founded in 2008 and became the first – and only – recruitment company specialising in the automotive market in Norway. By successfully matching skilful candidates with their perfect jobs, we are saving time and resources for our clients.

  • 2008

    WiiSDA was established in Bergen by Håkon Bergsland, and became the first – and only – recruitment company specialising in the automotive market in Norway

  • 2012

    In addition to our head-office in Bergen (Norway), WiiSDA also had dedicated offices in London (UK), Szczecin (Poland) and Budapest (Hungary)

  • 2014

    We were approved as an official recruitment partner for Bertel O. Steen –Norway’s sole authorised importer of Mercedes-Benz, Kia, Peugeot, Citroen, Smart and Opel

  • 2016

    WiiSDA U.S. opened in New York as our 5th international recruitment office, complementing our offices in Poland, UK, Hungary, Spain and in the Balkans

  • 2017

    Annette Bergsland Rognstad took over as Managing Director of WiiSDA, joining her father Håkon and brother Erik in keeping it a modern family owned-and-run company

  • 2018

    By the time we celebrated our 10 year anniversary, WiiSDA had created life-changing opportunities to more than 700 people from over 40 different nationalities

  • 2019

    WiiSDA was the first recruitment company in Norway to offer permanent contracts – as the main rule – to all its employees

    Launching of new Recruitment Portals

  • 2022

    Organised first Personal Recruitment events in UAE

  • 2023

    We became WiiSDA and celebrates 15 years anniversary
